I would consider a Motorcycle tow if my bike suddenly stops running, gets a flat tire, or has mechanical problems that I cannot safely fix on the roadside. I’d also call for towing after an accident, especially if the motorcycle has visible damage or cannot be ridden safely. In my opinion, trying to ride a damaged motorcycle could create additional risks for me and other road users. I would also choose towing if I ran out of fuel in an inconvenient location or needed to transport a bike to a repair shop. Before booking, I’d share my location, motorcycle type, and condition so the operator can bring suitable equipment.
