Okay so I never thought I'd be posting about this but here we are. My Veyron has been sitting in the climate controlled garage for a bit longer than usual because I've been traveling back and forth to Europe for work and honestly I just didn't have the time to take it out. Went to fire it up yesterday and the battery was completely dead, not even a flicker from the dash which was pretty worrying. I managed to get a portable booster on it and it started up fine but I know the battery is on its way out because it took forever to crank and the voltage meter was showing really low readings even after a decent drive. The thing that's bothering me is I've been calling around some of the high end specialists in Dubai and a few of them sounded confident but when I started asking specific questions about the battery management system and the proper reset procedures, they got a bit vague which didn't inspire much confidence. I mean this isn't just any car, it's a Bugatti and the electrical system is incredibly complex with multiple batteries in some cases and you can't just throw any battery in there and hope for the best. I need to find a place that offers leading Bugatti battery service in Dubai because I'm not willing to take any chances with a car like this. I've heard some horror stories about people using the wrong spec battery and ending up with all sorts of electrical gremlins that cost a fortune to diagnose and fix. I don't mind paying whatever it costs as long as I know the person doing the work actually knows what they're doing and has the proper diagnostic equipment. Does anyone here have a recommendation for a specialist they've actually used and trust? I'm willing to drive anywhere in Dubai or even Abu Dhabi if it means getting this done properly. Really appreciate any advice you guys can offer because I'm genuinely stressed about this.
